My Experience with Bangalore

Dear All,

This blog is about my experience with Bangalore City.

Bangalore, Or Garden City of India, or IT City of India.

I came to Bangalore around 4 years back in search of Software Job. When I reached Bangalore, I stayed out skirts of the city with my brother in ISRO quarters. And after few days when I didn’t get any job interview call, I just feel sad and I didn’t like the Bangalore at all and I just want to go back to my home town soon. But my father just motivating me always to search a S/W Job in Bangalore and just stay for some more time. And I use to prepare for written test, but I didn’t get call for few weeks, but soon things changed and I got the Job. And things changed a lot after that. After that I realize few good things about Bangalore.

1st thing you notice is Kannada Language, but some time you can’t distinguish whether it’s Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu or Kannada in case you are North Indian. But don’t be scared due to language, as all states have something uniqueness in its own way and Language is one of the main. Just remember few words like “Kannad Gotila” means “I don’t know Kannada.

2nd thing you notice about Bangalore is Weather, Such a nice weather in Bangalore, you just love then any thing else. There is no summer, winter as such, as weather is average whole the year. I never used "Rajai" as I used to use in winter in north side. And during summer I never skipped some thing due to sunny day or hot weather.

3rd thing you will realize about Bangalore its Greenery and Big Trees. Bangalore has many gardens and Lakes. Both sides of the rode you will notice big trees. Here in Bangalore Govt. makes rodes by trying to save greenery as much as possible as you will find trees in between the Roads too.

Today on 15th August 2010, Independence Day, when I was traveling from my brother home to my rented room by Local BMTC bus, I saw few thing from the bus window, many Auto Riksha, Buses attached Indian Flag “Tiranga” on front side and Flag Hosting on Road sides, it’s a great feeling and it cant be explain in words. Such things realize me that how much great full I am. I can proudly say that I Am Indian. I just realize what will happen if we are not Indian, or we are taken birth in some less fortunate/developed countries. India is such a beautiful country with a lot of opportunities and uniqueness of its own.

In End a Good Quote which I like most

“I wept because I had no Shoes until I saw a man who had no feet”

Have A Wonder full Day. Keep Smiling

Best Regards
Anuj Gupta
